This year, we planned a big trip to see Travis' family and friends. We started off by spending Christmas with his family...
While there, we built a snowman!
We also went snowboarding... which I had a really hard time with, but Travis did well.
After visiting his family, we headed to California to meet up with his friends for the New Year. Since the airfare was affordable and I also wanted to see his college town, we first flew into Los Angeles for a night.
The next day, we rode the train to San Luis Obispo and I enjoyed the train ride. The seats were really comfortable and the view constantly changed. My favorite parts were watching all of the cars have to stop to wait for us to pass and the sunset while riding along the coast.
While at Cal Poly, we stayed with Charlie and I got to see where Travis went to school. The only pictures I have are from the beach...
After a night at Cal Poly, we headed to Lee's house in San Fransisco to see all of Travis' college friends. We also had a chance to see the city before catching our flight home.
